This workout is for the muscles of the lower body. We programmed this for group classes or studios that do not have heavy leg equipment to use. So we are using body weight and small props. This is the perfect workout for both the Traveling Trainer, Pilates Instructor, or Group Fitness Instructor.
This workout is meant to give programming ideas, or can be used as a complete lower body workout. Not all exercises are for all people, so pick and choose the exercises that are right for you or your client.
