Summer Body Project with John

Welcome to Summer Body Project.  This is an 8-week coaching program designed to help you get in shape for Summer.  The program runs from April 10 through June 1, 2017.  I've designed 4 high intensity strength and cardio circuits to be performed each week.  The workouts are marked Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 and Day 4 below and I've recorded a video for each day showing you each exercises and describing the workout.  Check out the intro video to learn more about the program.

In addition to the workouts, I'm creating a virtual team that you can join.  Once you send me an e-mail with the subject line, Summer Body Project.  I'll send you more detailed information and a FB invite to our private group.  On our private page you'll join the team of 10 women I'm coaching at John Garey Fitness and Pilates in Long Beach, CA.  We'll share recipes, give each other inspiration and encouragement, photos and videos of our workouts, and more.  So, let's get ready for Summer together and have some fun along the way.
