The Ranch Mat Series
I developed this series after I was a guest Pilates Instructor at Rancho La Puerta, in Tacate, Mexico for a week.
During that week I taught two 45-minute, Pilates Mat classes each day. One of the classes was a beginner mat class and the other, intermediate. There are 6 beginner and 6 intermediate workouts, some bodyweight only and some using props. All of the workouts have notes with quick reference photos.
The workouts can be completed in succession or you can pick and choose your favorites and perform them every other day. I hope you enjoy the workouts as much as I enjoyed teaching them at the Ranch.
