This workout is perfect for those who want to sculpt the upper body in under 20 minutes. It’s a follow up to our beginner level workout. We’ll do 4 rounds, each with 2 exercises, and we’ll complete 2 sets each round. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds and there’s a 30 second rest between rounds. I’m using an app called Seconds.
Programming Tips: This workout can be performed two or three times per week. Be sure to try some of our other workouts, especially the Summer Body Series, which are all about 20-25 minutes long.
