This workout is all about working one side at a time. One of the major benefits of Pilates is its ability to bring balance to the body. Working in a unilateral fashion is a great way to identify and correct imbalances. The exercises range from beginner to advanced. The springs are suggested and may need to be changed depending on the your personal strengths and goals. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
