This advanced total body workout uses a TRX, Med Ball, and Dumbbells. There are five rounds of exercises and each round has 3 exercises. Complete 10 reps of each exercise and 2-3 sets of each round. This will depend on the time available for the session, and the level of the participants. The beginning of the workout uses more global and explosive movements and the end of the workout uses more local and core focused movements. This is a more traditional fitness set up for a workout. Doing sets of exercises that complement each other, also is time efficient and burns more calories in a session than a traditional strength training program. Programming Tips:Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
