This series is about combining the worlds of fitness and Pilates. In this workout, we’ll be using the TRX combined with some Reformer exercises. It’s a full body strength program.
The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout. Be sure to check out our other workouts in the Fitness & Pilates Series.
