This series is about combining the worlds of fitness and Pilates. In this workout, we’ll be using the TRX combined with some Reformer exercises. It’s a full body strength program. Programming Tips The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs.
