TRX and Med Ball Workout 10-28-16

"This total body workout is put together as a circuit using the TRX for some exercises and a Med Ball for others. Each round of the circuit has 4 exercises: 1 or 2 for upper body, 1 or 2 for lower body, and 1 core. Each exercise will be performed for 40 seconds with a transition period of 10 seconds. Each round will be performed 2-3 times. Rotating 4 exercises in each set and using 2 different tools adds variety and fun and keeps this workout moving. Using time allows people with different goals and abilities to work at their perfect pace.

Programming Tips:

Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout. "
