Trampoline Power Workout 2

Equipment: Trampoline, Hand Weights, Thigh Band. High Intensity Power moves on the Trampoline followed by Core and Glute work. Perform body weight jumps for 30 seconds with a 15 second transition period. Then perform Core work on the Trampoline using body weight. Complete a second round of the intervals followed by Glute work with a Thigh Band.
