Equipment: Trampoline, 2-5 lb Dumbbells. HIIT workouts stand for High Intensity Interval Training and is perfect for a Trampoline Workout. We’ll do a High Intensity move for 40 seconds, followed by a Low Intensity Move for 20 seconds. Using Light Dumbbells for the punching intervals is optional.
