This workout is part of our Ab Series. The Ab Series includes workouts that are Pilates and fitness Based, with and without equipment. This is an advanced fitness workout that focuses on the abs specifically. These are my current top 5 go to ab exercises. The workouts in the Ab Series are under 30 minutes long. This particular workout is about 10 minutes. It’s really challenging. Let’s get going! Programming Tips: Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout. This workout can be performed every other day, or can be added to any full body workout. You can also do all of the other workouts in the ab series in progression for more variety.
