39 Minutes: This workout is part of our Summer Body Series, a group of workouts to help you look your best for Summer or any time. In this workout, we’ll be using the Reformer and focusing on shoulders and arms. This workout complements our Summer Body - Reformer - Glutes Thighs and Abs Workout.
Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
