Summer Body Reformer Sculpt Workout 2

The Summer Body Program is a series of workouts designed to help you look your best for Summer (and all year around). For this Reformer workout you'll need a Reformer Box, Maple Pole and Platform Extender. This is our second full body sculpt workout and it’s intermediate level. Let's get ready for Summer! Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises.
