This fitness and Pilates based workout is all sculpting the glutes and thighs (and calves). We programmed this for studios that do not have heavy leg equipment to use. So we are using body weight and small props. It’s part of our Summer Body Workout Series. The other workouts are Summer Body Shoulders and Arms, Summer Body Abs, and Summer Body Chest and Back.
