Here is another workout in our Summer Body Workout Series, short workouts to help you get that Summer Body (any time of year). This workout focuses on Chest and Back. It's a superset workout which is really efficient. We use small equipment that you most likely already have and the workout is a combination of fitness and Pilates exercises.
