This workout is part of our Summer Body Workout Series. This is our second Abs workout including exercises with and without equipment. The workouts are all under around 10-20 minutes long. Complete all of the workouts in the series for a full body workout. Programming Tips: Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout. This workout can be performed 2-3 times per week.
