Strength Workout with Weights, Med Ball and Equalizer 2-2-18

Recently I discovered the Equalizer and knew this would be a great product for our fitness workouts. It’s versatile, takes up a small footprint, and best of all, really fun. I’ve put together a full body circuit workout using the Equalizer, Med Ball, Dumbbells and a Step (or bench). This total body workout is divided into 3 rounds of exercises. Each round includes exercises that challenge strength, in a push-pull format. I’m using the 10-15 rep range, but you can also do this workout with time intervals. Each round can be performed 1-3 times as well, depending on the level of the client and the time restraints of the workout.
