Strength Workout with Dumbbells and Med Ball 8-18-17

This workout is one I've taught at my studio in Long Beach, CA. It requires minimum equipment, works the whole body and is performed in rounds and sets so that you can get the most out of your workout time. Each round has three exercises that are performed for 50 seconds, followed by a 10 second transition. Each round is completed two to three times, depending on the time you have.Programming Tips:Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
