Strength Training with Tubing Workout 12-22-17

This program is perfect for clients and group classes of all levels. It is especially good for clients who travel. It uses basic and essential exercises for the entire body using just tubing. The video covers the exercises in detail and John gives tips and programming guidelines for success.
Programming Tips: We recommended using a couple different tensions for the tubing depending on the exercise. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
