Step Interval Workout 12-15-17

The Step Interval Workout consists of a Warm-up, followed by 6 sets of 2 exercises and finishes with a Cool Down. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with a 10 second transition. The exercises are basic and will improve strength and aerobic fitness. It’s a great introduction to step.
