This is another workout that is perfect for your fitness minded Pilates participants. Itås a full body workout, with both Pilates and Fitness based moves. The exercises range from beginner to intermediate. Some exercises are performed with the Roll Down Bar attached to the reformer ropes and some are performed without the bar. Using the bar increases the variety and also allows participants to have a better wrist position for some exercises. It also allows you to add exercises typically performed on the tower or cadillac to the program.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for MerrithewÌ´ equipment. Other manufacturerås equipment will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program.
