This full body workout combines fitness and Pilates. Itås a strength based program, perfect for men and stronger clients in general. Use the whole program, or add parts of it to other workouts create your perfect program. We use a Platform Extender to add variety to the program, as well as, help position clients with limited mobility. Not all exercises in this program require, or are performed with, a Platform Extender.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for MerrithewÌ´ equipment. Other manufacturerås equipment will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
