Reformer Workout with Glute and Leg Focus - 4_10_17

This workout is designed to challenge the lower body, specifically the glutes and thigh muscles. Using a few pieces of equipment to add challenge and variety, this is the perfect program for those who use the reformer multiple times per week for strength and conditioning. This workout along with one that focuses on Upper body and Core make a great full body system. It will also add variety and challenge to focus on different body parts in different workouts.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for Merrithew¬¨ equipment. Other manufacturer√ćs equipment will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
