This workout is the one I use when I need a quick Reformer workout that focuses on mobility and strength and is intermediate level. It’s about working fluidly and efficiently. It’s perfect as a recovery workout or just a quick tune up. I use this one all the time, because I love the exercises included. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
