Reformer on the Mat Workout with Band and Circle 5-20-20 New

Equipment: Pilates Circle, Resistance Band. This workout takes Pilates exercises from the Reformer Repertoire and puts them on the Mat using a Resistance Band and Pilates Circle. There are also a few bodyweight exercises without props as well. It’s a fun way to get a Reformer workout with the Reformer.
