Reformer on the Mat with Ball and Band 6-27-18

This workout takes Pilates exercises from the Reformer Repertoire and puts them on the Mat using a Swiss Ball and a Resistance Band. It’s a great way to get a Reformer workout with the Reformer. Programming Tips: Not all exercises are for all people. Proper assessment by a trained professional is required before beginning any exercise program. Modifications may need to be made for some individuals.
