This workout is athletic based and primarily focuses on the Lower Body. Itås comprised of Pilates and Fitness based moves. The exercises range from beginner to advanced. The springs are suggested and may need to be changed depending on the clientås strengths and goals.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for MerrithewÌ´ equipment. Other manufacturerås equipment will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program.
