Reformer Lower Body and Core Workout - 2_6_17

This workout primarily focuses on the core and the lower body. Itås a great workout to do if you have clients that train with you a number of times per week. Combine it in a program with our Upper Body Workout and youåve got a complete system. The exercises range from beginner to advanced. The springs are suggested and may need to be changed depending on the clientås strengths and goals.Programming Tips:The recommended springs are for MerrithewÌ´ equipment. Other manufacturerås equipment will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of the exercises. Proper assessment of your clients is essential prior to beginning any work out program. Appropriate regressions and progressions and/or exercise omissions must be used with participants when necessary, in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
