Reformer Arms and Abs Circuit Workout

This is an intermediate level workout designed like a traditional fitness workout. After the Footwork, complete 5 circuits with 2 or 3 exercises in each circuit. Circuit Training is a great way to target strength in the upper body and abs and to add variety to your workouts. It’s also really efficient. This program can be combined with our Glute and Leg Circuit workout on alternate days, and don’t forget to add cardio to complete your fitness program. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises.
