This workout is perfect for your fitness minded Pilates participants. It’s a complete workout, with fun Pilates and Fitness based moves. The exercises range from beginner to advanced. The springs are suggested and may need to be changed depending on the client’s strengths and goals. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises.
