This program is part of our series, Pilates Programming for Athletes. In this workout, we are emphasizing the Lower Body using a resistance Band. The exercises range from beginner to advanced. We take principles of Pilates, some classic exercise and some more fitness based exercises and put them together into a powerful program to challenge your toughest clients.
