This is the final workout in our Progressive Beginner Mat Challenge. In this workout we include beginner and some intermediate level exercises in a fun, fluid and challenging workout. This series for those just beginning a Pilates and exercise program and looking to improve with each workout. We suggest you start with the first workout and progress at your own pace moving onto the next workouts as you feel comfortable.
