This fun and challenging intermediate level Mat Workshop uses Pilates exercises with the Swiss Ball. It’s full of great programming ideas and is a super fun full body workout. The exercises come from Matwork, Reformer, Chair and other fitness based exercises. Programming Tips: This program can be performed 3-4 times per week. Note: Not all exercises are for all people. Proper assessment by a trained professional is required before beginning any exercise program. Modifications may need to be made for some individuals. Some exercises may need to be omitted.
