Pilates Mat with Med Ball Workout 2

This workout is is a blend of Pilates mat exercises and fitness exercises. It includes exercises performed while standing, kneeling, seated, supine and prone. This is an intermediate level workout and a full body workout. While most of the exercises are intermediate level there are some that are more beginner and a few that are more advanced. Begin with a lighter ball (4-6 lbs), then progress to a heavier ball as you gain strength. All of the exercises can be performed without the ball as well.
