This Pilates Mat workout showcases the benefits of using small equipment. We?ll perform each exercise in the workout first on it?s own, and then with a Pilates Circle and then with a Resistance Band and explore the advantages of each. This program is designed to be a full body workout and can be completed as is, or take out one or two of the options for each exercise to suit the needs of your clients and classes.
