Pilates Mat Warm-Ups

This video is designed to give you ideas for creating fun and effective warm-ups for low the medium intensity workouts, specifically Pilates Mat workouts. But the warm-ups can be adapted to low to moderate intensity fitness workouts as well. There are 3 warm-ups included in the video: The 1st uses only body weight; the 2nd uses a Fitness Circle and Resistance Band; and the 3rd is performed with a Swiss Ball.
