Pilates Mat Circuit with Props 4-3-19

Equipment: Swiss Ball, Toning Balls, Resistance Band. This fast paced mat workout is intermediate level. There are four rounds of exercises. Perform each round three times. Perform each exercise for 50 seconds and then take a 10 second transition to the next exercise. Take 20 seconds between Rounds to transition.
