It’s meant to provide the information necessary for the instructor to teach the workout or individual exercises to their clients. Programming Tips: This workout can be performed as a full body workout, or it can be used for programming ideas, with specific exercises or sections added into other workouts. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises.
