This program is part of our series, Pilates for Fitness Programming. In this workout, we are emphasizing the upper body using a Resistance Band, Pilates Circle and Swiss Ball. The exercises range from beginner to advanced, but most are beginner and intermediate level. We take principles of Pilates and apply them to more fitness based exercises. We?ve put together a fun upper body workout to improve strength and overall fitness level. This workout can be combined with other workouts that focus on the core and lower body.
