This is fitness based workout is all about the lower body. The program will work well for studios that do not have heavy leg equipment to use. We use all small equipment with a mix of Pilates and Fitness exercises for a dynamic and effective lower body program. Programming Tips: Combine this with our other workouts for upper body and core for a complete full body program. Not all exercises are for all people, so pick and choose the exercises that are right for you or your client. This workout is meant to give programming ideas, or can be used as a complete lower body workout.
