I taught 3 2-hour workouts Oxfordshire, UK on our Europe Tour. Each workout had two parts. Part 1 was the Reformer section and part 2 was the chair portion. This is the Chair portion of the second workout that I taught. The workouts are meant to complement each other, and can also stand alone as a complete workout. The following is an advanced, full body, workout with some traditional and some creative Chair exercises. The exercises range from beginner through advanced, but most would be considered advanced level.
