This Naked Mat workout is not what you think (most likely) - It?s a workout without props and without a ton of variations. It?s an intermediate level and is a great way to get back to basics. I?ve changed the order a little from the original, but have kept the exercises simple and uncomplicated so we can focus on the principles of Pilates. The program is full body and moves in all directions and is performed in many different positions.
