This workshop covers pilates exercises using the Chair, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel. The exercises range from beginner to advanced, but it’s primarily and intermediate workout. It’s a full body workout and has smooth transitions in a well balanced program. Programming Tips: The equipment used in this video is Merrithew Brand. Other equipment may require different settings and springs. Trained Professionals should be used as spotters for a number of the exercises in this video. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises.
