MS - LBW3 - Mobility Series - Lower Body Workout 3

Equipment: 1. Box, Step, or Stool. 2. Support - Wall, Foam Roller or Counter. Our mobility series is a collection of workouts that can be performed on their own, or as a progression. In Workout 3, we focus on the lower body. We move through ranges of motions of the hip and also focus on mobility of the knee, ankle and foot. This workout is a bit more challenging than workout 1. Repeat this workout 4-5 times per week for 4 weeks for the best results of increasing range or motion.
