Mat Workout with Ankle Tubing and Toning Balls 12-19-18

You'll need Ankle Tubing and Toning Balls or Small Hand Weights. This workout uses Ankle Tubing and Toning Balls with Pilates exercises for added resistance and variety. We’ll add in some fitness based exercises for an additional challenge.
