Mat with Circle Workout 4-18-18

It’s time to have fun with the circle! This is an intermediate level workout, that’s fast paced and challenging. We’ll be using the Fitness Circle® to challenge the arms, legs, and core. We’ll add a few exercises in without the circle as well for a full body workout. Programming Tips: This workout can be performed every day. Not all exercises are for all people.
