Mat Circuit with Flexband 1-30-19

Using a traditional fitness format with a Mat workout is a great way to add variety and fun to your program. In this workout, we complete 4 rounds of exercises that complement each other. Most exercises are performed with the Flex Band and a few are with no equipment. We’ll perform 3 sets of each round.
