Using a traditional fitness format with a Mat workout is a great way to add variety and fun to your program. In this 2nd circuit workout, we progress the exercises from the 1st workout. We’ll complete 5 rounds of exercises that complement each other. Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds with a 10 second transition between exercises. Some exercises are performed with the Fitness Circle and some are with no equipment. We’ll perform 3 sets of each round.
