Mat Circuit with BOSU and Fitness Circle 3-6-19

This program is full body and challenges strength and balance. The workout includes 6 Rounds of exercises using the BOSU Trainer and / or the Pilates Circle. We’ll perform each Round 2 times. We’ll perform each exercise for 50 seconds with a 10 second transition between exercises. I’m using an app called Seconds.
